excellent access to vibrant parks and cultural landmarks

I loved wandering over to Castle Square, just a few steps away, and strolling along the Welsh Coastal Path, which offered stunning views of the sea and great paths for walking.

The double room was dreary with stained carpet. excellent afternoon tea experience.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made a positive difference during my family stay. The dining options had a variety that included some local favorites. The pool was a nice spot for my daughter after our day out exploring the area.

The room felt basic and dated. I found the windows locked, which made the room noisy during the windy nights. There were some issues with the furnishings that could use attention.

Had a fab time chilling out in a spacious room with awesome views. The location was super convenient for shopping, just seconds away. Breakfast was delish and served straight to the table. Only thing is the hotel seemed a bit older, but it adds to the charm, I guess.

Great spot for an overnight stay! The car park is convenient, and I loved the modern fitness center. The apartment we received after a reservation mix-up was a lifesaver—super comfy and well-decorated. Having a large TV in the room was a nice surprise too.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend respite

Clean hotel, friendly staff, with a comfortable bed and nice big TV providing an enjoyable stay that was further enhanced by the location just a short walk from the railway station, making exploration effortless.

Nothing could be improved.

The Standard Double Room was a good size and super comfy. The air conditioning worked great, which was a relief. It was very clean and tidy too, so that was nice. The bed felt plush, and I had a solid night's sleep. Just a short walk into the city, but in a quieter area, which meant no noise keeping me up. Definitely a decent spot for a night stay!

i stayed here for two nights and it exceeded my expectations. the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast included a variety of delicious options, which was perfect for me. my previous stay in swansea is fondly remembered, but this hotel made it even better with their attentive service and warm atmosphere.

Great location near attractions. The lobby looked lovely and really welcoming. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. My room, however, needed serious attention. The carpets were stained and dated, giving it a dirty impression. The bathroom also looked tired, needing refurbishment. I had issues with the food too. the dinner was disappointing—the half roast chicken was dry and the fish sandwich tasted freezer burnt. Breakfast didn't fare better. the eggs were overcooked and bland.

Couple seeking comfort

The location was perfect for our shopping trip and the breakfast was quite good including a nice buffet and a Full English that really hit the spot plus the staff were friendly and attentive when we arrived.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable overall.
